What are your delivery and installation options?

We offer professional white-glove delivery which includes bringing the appliance into your home, unboxing, and basic connection to existing utility lines. Specialized installation for built-in units can be scheduled at checkout.

Do you haul away old appliances?

Yes, for a small fee, we can remove and responsibly recycle your old appliance when we deliver your new one. Please ensure the old unit is disconnected and emptied prior to our team's arrival.

What is your return policy for major appliances?

You can return unused appliances in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If the item has been installed or shows signs of use, a restocking fee may apply.

Do the appliances come with a warranty?

All of our products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor for up to five years.

What should I do if my appliance arrives damaged?

Please inspect your appliance thoroughly upon delivery. If you notice any cosmetic or functional damage, refuse the delivery or contact our support team within 48 hours to arrange a replacement.
